Education

Rathees trained in Stanley Medical College, India acquiring Bachelor of medicine in 2009.

After completing his hospital residency Rathees moved to Singapore in 2014 and received his Diploma in cardiology in 2018 from the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.

Experience

Rathees moved to Australia in 2019 and since then has worked as a medical registrar at Royal Hobart Hospital, Tasmania following his general rotations in Joondalup health campus, WA. In 2021, Dr Rathees moved to QLD and began working in General Practice for QLD Health.

Rathees believes in providing compassionate care along with a good listening ear as the main corner stone of fruitful treatment.

- Chronic disease management - diabetes, hypertension, chronic kidney disease etc.  
- Dr Rathees also enjoys doing skin procedures such as skin biopsies and is currently doing his professional diploma in skin cancer surgery.
